Anyone who has a great love for their Country wll take pride and pleasure in showing it to the visitor at its best. This is true of most Italians however , loving one's Country is not enough if Tourism is one's Business. Knowledge, experience and professionalism are essential. We at Sireon believe we have all this and a lot of enthusiasm to go along with it. Sireon Tours is a Destination Management Company based in Italy. Our Company was founded in 1976 and has been operating successfully since. The Firm is actually run by the same original partners who personally supervise the vital sectors : Marketing, Operations and Accounts . Each partner has at least 40 years of experience in Tourism and an excellent track record amongst hotels and other business travel and tourism suppliers. Our activities comprise Incoming services Tour Operation for Tour Operators, Travel Agents , Cruise Operators, Meeting, Convention, and Incentive Organisers. We specialize in Corporate Meetings, Incentives, Special Interest Tours and FIT packaging. Sireon Tours' Staff consists of 14 members including the four hands-on Managing Directors. Everyone is fully committed to his / her job and the common goal is to offer our clients customised services, tailored to satisfy their interests. We all strive to offer high quality in combination with reasonable rates. Customised solutions are the key to our services. The highly advanced computerised operations control integrates a variety of services such as hotel bookings, transfers, excursions , car rental , specialized local guides and lecturers for in depth cultural visits throughout Italy. Each Managing Director has been, at some stage in his past career either a Tour Guide or Tour Manager or Travel Consultant. Therefore our strength is to put our personal experience and creativity at our client's disposal thus providing a substantial added value to our services. Our Offices are open from 08.00 to 20.00 from Monday to Friday. Saturday from 09.00 to 13.00 and from 16.00 to 19.30. Sundays we are closed, however our automatic answering service provides callers with a 24 hours emergency phone service. Corporate Social Responsibility Ever since the foundation of our Company , we have strived to establish working relationships with suppliers and clients of high ethical standards. Our business relationship is always transparent to both our suppliers and clients . Our Accounts and Operations departments are supervised by the Company’s partners who insure that all is done according to the Italian laws. Our Company practices regularly all types of environnement conservation. Our Staff is trained to reduce waste to the minimum . This is done by reducing the printing of e-mails and faxes to the minimum possible. Furthermore all office waste is separated to favour reciclying : paper, plastic, glass and non-recyclable waste. This practice is enforced during our regular meetings and / or in presence of the arrival of new Staff members. Sireon Tours cooperates with the local Churches with charitable donations, especially on occasion of the local religious functions such as Patron Saints Festivals etc . We furthermore support the local junior soccer team . Some of our Products Hotel Booking Sireon has an allocation of rooms with some 280 Hotels in Italy starting from 3* Superior to 5* De Luxe Car Rental Self - Drive cars with pick up and drop off in most places in Italy. Regular Tours These are "book-in tours" with guaranteed departures throughout Italy and throughout the year . The duration goes from half day to 15 days . Shore Excursions Sireon Tours offers a variety of services to cruise ships docking at Italy’s ports of call : Genova, Portofino , Elba , Livorno , Civitavecchia ,Naples, Sorrento Capri, Messina , Taormina , Brindisi , Bari , Ancona and Venice. We offer a spectrum of ground services tailored to fit any client's budget. Special Interest Tours Traditionally Italy offers unique opportunities for special interest travel based on various themes: art in general , architecture, archaeology, food and wine, fashion and sport, to name but a few. Incentives & Congresses We facilitate Incentives and Congress Organisers with travel related services. We have successfully handled movements from 100 to 10.000 participants. For these events we offer a variety of professional services such as: hotel and meeting space contracting, venue selection and co-ordination of gala dinners, top level entertainment, planning and execution of transportation both standard and unusual, pre and post tours.
